Find the 5-letter word in 6 guesses.

The five-letter word puzzle, played against the clock and against your friends. Everyone in the room gets the same hidden word, so the question is who finds it in the fewest guesses.

How to play

1. Type a 5-letter word and press Enter. It has to be a real word.
2. Each letter changes colour. Green is in the right place, yellow is in the word but somewhere else, grey is not in the word.
3. Use the colours to narrow it down. You have 6 guesses.

Scoring

1000 points if you find it on the first guess, 150 fewer for each extra guess, so 250 on the sixth. Not found: 0.
