Tic-Tac-Toe
Take turns naming a country, or a footballer, that fits both rules. Get 3 in a row.
Tic-tac-toe, except that you have to earn every square. Each one needs a country or a footballer that fits both its row and its column. Choose the theme in the lobby. It is made for two or more players.
How to play
- Each row and column of the 3Ă—3 grid has a rule.
- On your turn, pick a free square and name a country, or a footballer, that fits both rules.
- A right answer takes the square. A wrong answer, or running out of time, loses your turn.
- An answer can only be played once. The first to get 3 in a row wins.
Scoring
The winner gets 1000 points and the others 100 per square. If nobody can get a line, everyone gets 120 per square.
What it works
- General knowledge You need geography or football facts, depending on the theme.
- Logical reasoning You block your opponents and keep an eye on squares only you can answer.
- Creative recall You have to find a name that fits two rules before the turn clock ends.
